Chicken and Stuffing Casserole is like a college meal at it's finest. It appears that you bothered to cook something, but it's super easy and full of salt.

My kids LOVE it.

Hawaiian Pulled Pork

I struggled with this one. Actually made this while mom and dad were here for Adam's birthday. I tried to just let the pork sit with the smoke but it just didn't seem like enough. Decided to add a large amount of salt to the recipe.... I'm not sure that was an excellent idea.
