Broccoli Cheese Casserole

Oh this casserole! I haven't had Cheez Whiz for probably 25 years! It was actually hard to find! I had to go to 3 different grocery stores to find it and at that time it was on the Hispanic foods section!

Look, this recipe has the potential to be yummy. However, the Cheez Whiz HAS GOT TO GO! It made the entire dish taste like plastic. I'll try again with shredded Colby-Jack or something.
