This is a great summer dish. This year I decided to cube all my ingredients so it was a little more chunky. It is very summery but still filling. One of our favourites.

Hawaiian Pulled Pork

I struggled with this one. Actually made this while mom and dad were here for Adam's birthday. I tried to just let the pork sit with the smoke but it just didn't seem like enough. Decided to add a large amount of salt to the recipe.... I'm not sure that was an excellent idea.
