Freezer Jam

The best freezer jam in the world!!! I just need to figure out how to do it with less sugar! This time I masured out 4 cups SMASHED berries. I usualy do 4 cups or berries then smash. Better with the 4 cups smashed.

Well....it smelled good when I put all the ingredients in the blender. I was wary because the pie seems to be crustless... and traditionally, crust is an important part of pie. I baked it for the prescribed amount of time and let it sit for a couple hours. Overall, it's kinda a weird consistency and a bit eggy. All was made better by a massive portion of whipped cream on top. Wouldn't recommend this one. It is impossible.
