THese were a Sunday treat that Cliff made. We like it but the Chocolate chip cookie recipe from Susan P. is better. Don't worry these did not go to waist. Happy Cooking!

Impossible Pumpkin Pie

Well....it smelled good when I put all the ingredients in the blender. I was wary because the pie seems to be crustless... and traditionally, crust is an important part of pie. I baked it for the prescribed amount of time and let it sit for a couple hours. Overall, it's kinda a weird consistency and a bit eggy. All was made better by a massive portion of whipped cream on top. Wouldn't recommend this one. It is impossible.
