THESE WERE SOOOOO GOOD!!! We like these so much better than the box. I might tweek the recipie next time so they would be more fudgy but the tast was all there. Happy Cooking!!

Hawaiian Pulled Pork

I struggled with this one. Actually made this while mom and dad were here for Adam's birthday. I tried to just let the pork sit with the smoke but it just didn't seem like enough. Decided to add a large amount of salt to the recipe.... I'm not sure that was an excellent idea.
